About the FDP

The IQAC Cell of Baikuntha College of Education successfully organised a Five Day Short Term Faculty Development Programme focusing on Competency Based Education and Outcome Oriented Teaching under NEP 2020.

The programme aimed to equip faculty members with practical strategies for curriculum design, measurable learning outcomes, student centred pedagogy, assessment reforms, and institutional quality enhancement.

This FDP provided 15 hours of expert sessions and interactive learning designed to bridge policy vision with classroom implementation.


Programme Objectives

• Understand the NEP 2020 vision and competency framework
• Design outcome based curriculum and measurable learning outcomes
• Implement student centred and inclusive pedagogical practices
• Develop fair, transparent rubrics and continuous assessment tools
• Strengthen institutional alignment with NAAC and UGC quality benchmarks

Day 3: Student Centred and Inclusive Pedagogy

Distinguished academicians from leading institutions served as resource persons and guided participants through practical demonstrations, case studies, and interactive workshops.


CAS and API Alignment

This FDP is valid for CAS promotion and API score enhancement as per UGC norms.

• Institutional contribution under IQAC and NAAC documentation

Minimum 75 percent attendance was mandatory for certification.
